Ordering & Delivery
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: All online orders are dispatched for delivery every Friday. Orders must be placed by Thursday, 23:59 hours.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed, indicating the delivery date.
Q: How will my package be delivered?
A: Your package will be delivered via our standard delivery service during office hours. Please include any delivery instructions when placing your order.
Q: There is no one at home during office hours. How can I receive my package?
A: When placing your order, please provide specific delivery instructions. If no one is available, our courier will leave the package at your designated location and take a photo as proof of delivery.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage after the package has been delivered.
Q: This Friday is a Public Holiday. Will I still receive my order?
A: No, there will be no deliveries on public holidays.
Instead, your delivery date will be brought forward to Thursday, and the cut-off time for orders that week will be Wednesday, 23:59 hours.
Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for delivery?
A: The MOQ per delivery location is $500.00 (excludes GST).
Q: Can I arrange to self-collect my order at your office?
A: Yes, self-collection is available at:

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: No, we currently do not ship online orders internationally. We only accept and deliver online orders within Singapore.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You will receive an email notification once your order is processed, including the estimated delivery date.
In some cases, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date at a mutually agreed time.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Deliveries are scheduled during office hours. Based on your order date, you will receive your items between 1 to 8 days after order confirmation.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will contact you via your provided mobile number or email to reschedule.
Q: Why have I not received my order?
A: Unexpected delays may occasionally affect order fulfilment.
If we are unable to deliver as scheduled, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date. We appreciate your patience.
Q: I received the wrong item in my delivery. What should I do?
A: Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange.
The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if these conditions are not met.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: No, order cancellations are not allowed.
Q: Can I add items to my order after placing it?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request if your order has not left our warehouse.
If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to place a separate order.
Products:
Q: How do I use the product?
A: Instructions are clearly printed on the label. Please follow the steps provided.
For further clarifications, contact us with your order number/ item name for assistance.
Q: What is the expiry date of the product?
A: The Best Before date is printed on each product. We strive to dispatch products with a longer shelf life whenever possible. However, please note that items from different production batches may be delivered together.
Q: My item is faulty and cannot be used. What should I do?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us with your order number, and we will arrange for an exchange at your convenience.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
Q: What is your refund/return/exchange policy?
A: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange at our location or at a mutually agreed-upon time and place.
